Terms of Use

These terms apply to the games and apps published by Lora Studios. By playing, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.

Your account

Accounts are free and anonymous. You are responsible for what happens under yours. Pick a username that does not impersonate someone else, advertise something, or insult people — we can change or remove usernames that do.

How to behave

Playing our games, do not:

• harass, threaten or abuse other players, in chat or through a username;
• cheat, use bots, or exploit a bug instead of reporting it;
• try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer our servers;
• sell, buy or transfer accounts and in-game items outside the app.

If you do any of this we may suspend or delete the account, without a refund of anything bought with it.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are sold by Apple through the App Store, under Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and the current period runs to its end. Refunds are Apple’s to give — ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

In-game currency, tokens and items are a licence to use them inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and end if the account or the game ends.

Content other players write

Our games let people write to each other. Those messages are theirs, not ours. We moderate reports and remove accounts that break these rules, but we cannot read everything in advance. Report anything that crosses a line and we will look at it.

What belongs to whom

The games, their art, code, questions and word decks belong to Lora Studios. You may play them, record and stream them, and show them to people. You may not copy, resell or republish them as your own.

Our games are original works. Where a game is inspired by a genre or a well-known format, it is an independent creation and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed from the owner of that format.

Availability

We do our best to keep the servers up, but this is a small studio and we do not promise uninterrupted service. Games can change, and a game can eventually be retired; if we retire one that has active subscriptions, we will say so in advance.

Liability

The apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from using them. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
